Project Three

Introduce Project

Choose a film for your potential package design. For next class watch your chosen movies and identify potential candy tie-ins and observe, document and analyze the film's visual aesthetics.

HOMEWORK

Brainstorm the type of candy you want to use. Also brainstorm the potential name of the candy.

Think conceptually about what things could represent your movie both visually and conceputally.

Create at least two 11x17 moodboards that encapsulates the movie's key scenes, objects, and dialogues. For each, develop an associative word/name list that represents the movie's essence.

From this research material do a minimum of (45) sketches exploring the brand system.
