Project Three
Packaging Systems

Creating systems of packaging that work together is an important part of achieving branding across different products and categories. For this project you will choose a category form the options above and develop both a brand and packaging system that can carry across multiple products. It will be important to think about how your brand and packaging system can translate across objects of different shapes, size, and quantities.

For this project you will design a house brand for a major retailer. You will need to package a variety of items (minimum of 5) of different sizes and scales.

You will also need to consider what your packaging and brand says to consumers? Is this brand high end or every day? How do you differentiate between flavors and items consistently?

How can you train consumers on where to look for information about the product? Develop a system for how labels and packaging should function.

Think about how you can use materials to further reinforce how you want your brand to be perceived?
